The Winter Storm Severity Index graphic shows the areas expected to have the greatest impact through Thursday, in this case, a combination of heavy snow and blowing snow. The areas not highlighted in this graphic are expected to be warm (rain or mix of rain/snow) or receive little precipitation. The Snow Amount graphic includes snowfall through Friday.
