Century Old Hotel Destroyed by Fire

SERVPRO of Idaho Falls had crews up in northern Idaho accessing fire damage caused by a four-story historic hotel that burned down. The heat from the hotel fire was so intense that it damaged several buildings surrounding the hotel.

In order to keep the other buildings from total destruction, fire crews kept a constant stream of water on them.  The result was significant water and smoke damage.

It took four days for crews to walk through the surrounding buildings and evaluate the fire, soot, smoke, and water damage. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
